Crossfire Apparently, and oddly enough, ToysRUs actually has them in stock and had to buy one the other day. That was my "last stand" gun.įinally, the one toy that eluded me. I had a wooden toy M1 that was my most prized rifle. I got my brothers old wooden toy rifles and I used to have war battles in the backyard all the time. If you can't tell I was big into soldier toys.
I also have a giant collection of WWF wrestling figures, but I never got a Hulk Hogan. He is more into Mega Bloks(now Mega Construx) since they look "cooler" His dream toy was the potato sorter and the Combine. My son played with them briefly, but he was into Bruder farm vehicles when he was younger. We moved right at the time when I was moving away from toys(13-14) and so my parents just dumped them all. I used to have the vehicles, but again, outside of a handful most where given away. I'll try and dig them out tomorrow and take pics of some of the more amusing ones. I have about, oh, 200+ GI Joe figures(the 4" ones) in a box upstairs. I was born in '81 and my toys, outside of what I mentioned, were also GI Joes and Matchbox(not so much Hot Wheels). My brother also had all the original Star Wars figures. I had that as well, my parents gave it to the people who bought their house. I'm still, from time-to-time, a bit bitter at my parents for throwing it away. I had the die-cast Voltron that was recalled due to lead paint.
